DESIGNERS: CATHY & PETER SAVAGE

Owners/Developers Peter and Cathy Savage have built and remodeled numerous projects, including their personal home on the island. Cathy Savage, member of CCIDC, has had years of experience in residential and commercial interior design, specializing in model homes. Included in her career is teaching as a professor at Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach. Her passion for design is evident in the selection of materials and lighting fixtures for this special project.

Peter and Cathy have selected a group of quality professionals to fulfill the building of this unique piece of land overlooking Avalon Bay.

Pete Edwards, the builder and owner of Fine Line Construction, offered his inspiration and original design for the Harbor Lights project. Architect Tori Jones, working with a talented team, brought the vision to fruition. Meyers Electric provided the electrical installation with utmost care and detailing. Top notch tradesmen were assembled, and their efforts were skillfully coordinated and supervised by Brian Tucker of Fine Line.

The vacant lot was soil tested and wet and dry utilities were brought to the property. Proper permits, allocations and approvals were acquired, allowing construction to begin. The sloped lot created design opportunites to include private entrances and panoramic views for each residence.
